Overview of Enhanced Boiling Airflow Drying Equipment
The QF type enhanced boiling airflow dryer is a new type of continuous drying equipment that integrates drying, crushing, and screening. It belongs to the drying machine mainly based on hot air convection drying. This equipment has been continuously improved and developed based on fixed fluidized bed dryers and fluidized bed dryers such as airflow dryers.
After being heated, the air enters the dryer at a certain speed (determined by the comprehensive index of material density, viscosity, moisture content, etc.) from the bottom of the cone, and is fed into the material by a spiral feeder. The material is crushed into micro particles by a crushing device installed at the bottom of the cone in a high-speed rotating working state. It is fully in contact with hot air in gas-solid boiling, and quickly dried. The reasonable wind speed also effectively adjusts the fineness and drying effect of the particles. The finished product is crushed and enters the cyclone separator for gas-solid separation with the airflow. The dusty gas is filtered by a bag filter and discharged by an induced draft fan.
This device can supplement dry hot air for secondary drying of wet materials, effectively controlling the moisture content of the finished product below 0.1%, especially suitable for drying low-temperature, heat sensitive, and high humidity materials.

Working principle of enhanced boiling airflow dryer
The composition of the enhanced boiling airflow dryer includes a heater, feeder, dryer (main unit), crusher, cyclone separator, bag filter, induced draft fan, etc.
Wet materials are fed into a quantitative spiral feeder, where they are compressed into sheets or strips by the thrust of the spiral blades, and continuously input into the dryer. During the process of falling, the materials meet the hot air from the crusher, causing some of the moisture to evaporate and reducing the viscosity of the materials. The block shaped materials continue to fall into the booster and are crushed by the crusher before being dried. The powdered wet materials are suspended in the hot air and constantly roll, increasing the heat transfer area, high heat transfer coefficient, and short drying time. The dried powder particles continue to rise with the airflow and enter the cyclone separator for collection. The exhaust gas is filtered by a bag filter and discharged. In this complete set of equipment, pre molding, pre drying, crushing, and drying are combined together to solve the problem of paste like materials not being fluidized due to adhesion in fluidized drying equipment. The material recovery rate reaches over 99.5%.
The design of the bottom enhancer is unique, with diamond shaped stirring teeth and streamlined performance that reduces wind resistance. It is placed inside a conical hopper with a moving blade and a fixed blade, achieving significant crushing effect. The falling agglomerated material is quickly crushed into powder particles suitable for airflow drying. Another main function of stirring is to disperse the material, increasing the contact area with the high-speed hot air coming in from below the hopper. As a result, a fluidized bed with strong heat and mass transfer is formed in the hopper area, and most of the moisture is dried in the hopper area. As the drying process progresses, the lighter and finer dry material is significantly affected by the airflow, rising together with the airflow and further drying, before coming out of the top of the drying tower and entering the material collection system.


Application scope of enhanced boiling airflow dryer
This equipment is suitable for continuous drying of high humidity, high viscosity, heat sensitive paste like, filter cake like, block like, and powder materials in industries such as dyes, pigments, coatings, pesticides, rubber additives, and mining. The finished products are all in powder form.
Pesticides (such as carbendazim, benomyl, atrazine, glyphosate, fipronil, fipronil, tricyclic azole, and quaternary tetranol), dyes, pigments (acid dyes, direct dyes, reduced starch blue, phthalocyanine green, chrome yellow), rubber accelerators (CZ, TMTD, DM, etc.)
